Fundamentals are introduced, and variations are taught at a thorough yet flowing pace. Exercises are reformer-based, designed to improve balance, increase range of motion, and sculpt lean muscle tone. Regardless of your level, you will feel challenged and ENLIGHTENED - discover your core!


Extend -

Our gentlest class is for EVERYONE - welcoming those who need to rehabilitate an injury, release tension and increase strength. Great for athletes looking to return to their top form and perfect for people who choose to AGE ACTIVELY. Variations are targeted to gain flexibility, range of motion, and improve balance. Exercises are reformer-based, and may use the Magic Circle, TheraBand, Springboard and/or Chair. EXTEND your form, and vitality!


Enhance -

Enhane your Pilates with our Mixed Level reformer class. Requires a good handle on our This class is for EVERYONE - welcoming MIXED LEVELS, exercises offer variations and modifications to challenge everybody. Build strength, gain flexibility, and discover your core! Reformer-based exercises are taught at a moderate flow, and incorporate the Mat, Springboard, Bosu and Chair - in addition to various props. Heads up! - This class requires a basic knowledge of Pilates equipment, so be sure to have a few Enlighten/Beginner Level classes under your belt before signing up. ENHANCE your Pilates practice!


Exhilarate -

This class is for the INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED Pilates student, ready to break a sweat! This class features the Jump Board, in addition to athletic reformer-based variations. Expect to get moving with creative, fast-paced choreography and fun music. You'll get a full-body workout, build stamina, and develop toned, lean muscles. No shortage of tough core challenges in here, you'll walk out feeling EXHILARATED!

Excel: This class is for the ADVANCED Pilates student, eager for some fun challenges. Exercises are taught in a quick flow, with focus on precision and form. In addition to the reformer, variations include using the chair, springboard, and Bosu. EXCEL with a full-body workout, you’ll leave centered and stronger! Please take a minimum of 5 ‘Evolve’ intermediate level classes before attending this class.


Evolve -

Intermediate - Evolve: This class is for the solid INTERMEDIATE Pilates student, ready to take it to the next level. Building on the fundamentals, exercises are taught at a faster flow with a focus on improving strength and stamina. Variations are reformer-based, designed to challenge those who are looking to EVOLVE within their practice! Please take a minimum of 10 ‘Enlighten’ beginner level classes before attending this class.


#Pilates2Core -

This Pilates Centre Signature Class is an “intermediate” level class, set to motivating music, is for anyone who wants to work hard! (Intermediate to Advanced)! MUST have an open mind and be willing to try new things. Standing on EXO chairs, lunges on Bosu balls, weights, jumping, you will do it all! Burn calories, get your heart rate up and tone your body. (Up to 400 calories burned in 50 minutes) Come ready to work to your extreme Pilates Style. This is as close to boot camp you can get doing Pilates. (not a marine boot camp) PILATES boot camp. Be ready to sweat and work at a fast pace!


#Booty&Abs2Core -

This Pilates Centre Signature Class is an “intermediate” level class, set to motivating music, is for anyone who wants to work hard especially on their Butt's and abdominals! (Intermediate to Advanced)! MUST have an open mind and be willing to try new things. Barre work, Bands, Magic Circles, EXO chairs, lunges on Bosu balls, jumping, you will do it all! Burn calories, lift your booty and tighten your waist all while getting your heart rate up and specifically focus on your Booty and Abs!! Come ready to work to your extreme Pilates/Barre Style. This is as close to boot camp you can get doing Pilates. (not a marine boot camp) PILATES bootycamp. Be ready to sweat and work at a fast pace!
